Treasure what we have
The aim is to enhance appreciation and respect for our existing raw materials and products. This includes the concept From Nose to Tail eating, which our grandparents already took to heart. It means to enjoy in a responsible way – without being wasteful: not only consume a small part of what the animal has to give. This also makes it easier to concentrate on local resources and reduce environmentally harmful import/export. At the same time, we broaden our culinary horizons and bring variety to our plates.
