Simply strap on your skis and off you go: the cross-country skiing fun begins right outside our hotel door on over 200 kilometres of perfectly groomed cross-country trails that lead you romantic larch forests, rustic hay barns and right into the heart of the unique alpine landscape of the Dolomites. The perfect activity to slow down. The Hotel Alpenblick is located in the world’s largest cross-country skiing carousel Dolomiti Nordicski with 1,300 km of tracks and is an official partner of the cross-country skiing association. The start of the cross-country skiing pleasure is only a short walk away (200 m) – snow guarantee included. No matter where you go, you will always find themselves in the middle of a wonderful natural landscape in the World Heritage Site of the Sesto Dolomites. The tracks in the snow lead you, for example, into the romantic Val Fiscalina, up to the foot of the Cima Una, where the walls of the mighty Dolomites are within reach.
The cross-country ski track toll ensures the preparation and quality of the cross-country ski tracks. The cross-country ski pass for the region of the Three Peaks Dolomites is available as a daily, weekly or seasonal pass. For the entire Dolomiti Nordicski cross-country area you can buy a weekly or seasonal ticket. Further information at the hotel reception.
We have a special relationship with cross-country skiing because it’s a sport that we can practice together with our families or with our friends – being outdoors, no stress at all, no large crowds. For us, a family day also includes taking a little break in a cosy mountain hut and enjoy some treats. Our highlight is the panoramic cross-country ski run on the Mitterberg to the mountain pastures. Recommended for connoisseurs, as it is rather demanding. Along the sunny slopes past light mountain forests to the wide alpine meadows of the Malga Nemes and to the Malga Coltrondo. The huts are also open in winter.
